Dried Fruit and Dark Chocolate Cake

A good pantry cake, the dried fruit and dark chocolate cake, with hazelnuts, almonds, and walnuts, is very easy to prepare. To make the cake with dried fruit, we can use the dried fruit we have available; in my pantry, there are always walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts, so I thought of using them all in the same amount. I quickly toasted the almonds and hazelnuts in the microwave, and then finely chopped everything with the walnuts to add with the flour to the batter. The cake with dried fruit is a cake to keep in the pantry, with a very pleasant texture; it’s not dry, but slightly moist and grainy, even though the fruit is finely chopped, which makes it really special, up to the last slice, and the chocolate makes it even more delicious, especially when eaten warm with the melted chocolate, how delightful!
