The coconut and nutella cake is a dessert for insatiable sweet tooths like me! Naturally, I’m talking about these two fantastic ingredients! Coconut and nutella are a perfect combination, try it to believe it.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups grated coconut
Tools

- 1 Mixer
Steps
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, yogurt, flour, and the rest of the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
Next, pour the mixture into a 10-inch pan, previously buttered and floured.
Bake the coconut cake for 45 minutes at 356°F
If it darkens too much, cover with foil and continue baking.
Once the cake has cooled, garnish with Nutella and grated coconut.
For the extra sweet tooths, cut the cake in half and fill it with Nutella and mascarpone.
Storage
COCONUT AND NUTELLA CAKE can be stored under a cake dome for up to 3 days. It can be frozen before being decorated.
