You can accompany the puff pastry chiacchiere with a delicious dark chocolate cream. Use the leftover yolk, having used only the egg white, and beat it with 1/4 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. Then, gradually add 1/2 cup of warm milk, and finally, a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Bring to the heat and thicken. Then melt 2 ounces of dark chocolate in a double boiler and add it to the cream.
