When I’m in a hurry, the flatbread with zucchini is my savior. Nutritious, tasty, and one is enough to fill you up. I call it the hero of last-minute meals
It will save your day, make you look good, and most importantly, make you ask: “How did I not discover this before?”
As a base, you need a flatbread that is filled with eggs, cream cheese, zucchini, and grated Parmesan and then placed in an air fryer for a few minutes, and lunch is ready!
Zero hassle and zero stress, and everyone always likes it, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Furthermore, it is versatile and you can customize it as you like.

Place the flatbread in the air fryer basket to form the edges, add the eggs and with a fork or a hand whisk, beat them. Add the fine salt, the cream cheese, like Philadelphia, still beating, and finally the zucchini and mix everything well. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake in the air fryer at 356°F for 10-12 minutes until golden.
Tips and Storage
