Yogurt and Granola Cup Dessert

When the craving for sweetness hits us or unexpected guests arrive, we can make this delicious yogurt dessert with granola, dark chocolate, and nuts in just five minutes without too much guilt. It contains no eggs and requires no cooking; it can be served in bowls, teacups, or the typical mug.

Ingredients

  • 1 Malt yogurt (also lactose-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Granola (fruit or chocolate)
  • to taste Dark chocolate chips
  • to taste Pistachio crumbs

Preparation

  • If we want to make more yogurt and granola desserts, simply increase the quantities, using cup-sized yogurt.
    I used malt yogurt that I already had in the fridge, but we can use any flavor we like.
    Crush the nuts into crumbs and add them to the granola; you can use pistachios, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, or a mix.
    Chop some dark chocolate into small chips.
    For a pleasant contrast of textures, place a generous tablespoon of granola at the bottom of our cup, then one of yogurt, another tablespoon of granola, and more yogurt. Finish our cup dessert with nut crumbs and chocolate chips on top.
    Voilà, the dessert is served.
