Preparation of Savory Pie with Potatoes, Gorgonzola, and Ham
Start by boiling the potatoes in salted water, then peel them and pass them through a potato masher. Set aside.
Unroll the puff pastry and line a round baking pan of about 10 inches. Prick the pastry with a fork, add the mashed potatoes and level them, add the gorgonzola, diced ham, and previously boiled and chopped Swiss chard stalks.
