  • 3.5 oz Cream cheese (lactose-free)
  • 2.1 oz Sugar
  • 0.9 oz Unsweetened cocoa powder (gluten-free)
  • to taste Flavors (citrus zest, vanilla, coffee, etc…)

Preparation

  • In a bowl, place the cream cheese (you can also use a light, lactose-free version, etc.), the sugar, the unsweetened cocoa powder, and any flavorings like orange zest, lemon zest, vanilla, and so on.
