  • Difficulty: Very Easy
  • Cost: Economical
  • Preparation time: 15 Minutes
  • Portions: 3 cups
  • Cuisine: Italian

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 3.5 oz Dark chocolate 60-69%
  • 3.2 oz Crunchy muesli
  • 1 Orange
  • 0.7 oz Unsalted pistachios

Preparation

  • Wash and brush the orange peel.

Grate the peel (only the orange part) and set it aside.

Extract one tablespoon of juice from the orange.

Further crumble the crunchy muesli and pistachios using a pestle or a bottle.

Peel the bananas and remove any overly damaged parts. Blend the bananas with the orange peel and juice. It should be creamy but thick, not liquid.

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Once it’s completely melted, remove the container with the chocolate from the pot with hot water and stir it several times. Fill the cups halfway with the muesli crumbs; pour the banana cream until about half an inch from the edge.

Finish the dessert with a covering of melted chocolate. The dark chocolate layer should not be too thick, but rather thin, to break easily.

Decorate the chocolate with some pistachio crumbs. Let the chocolate solidify at room temperature (about 10 minutes), then, we can serve our delicious desserts.

Break the chocolate “cap” and dive the spoon into the delicious banana cream with chocolate flakes and muesli.
