Orange and Chocolate Ring Cake

Orange and Chocolate Ring Cake is a delicious dessert made with organic oranges and dark chocolate, two perfectly paired ingredients, for a delightful soft and fragrant ring cake.

It’s a very simple dessert to prepare, with seed oil to make it soft and organic oranges blended into the dough for that citrusy taste that pairs well with the intense flavor of dark chocolate, a combination I love very much.

Beautiful and tasty for presentation, it will conquer all palates at the first taste, perfect for breakfast, snack, after meal, or as a gift idea, and it will warm us up on sad and gloomy days.

For a more intense flavor, use untreated blood oranges.

Anna’s tips …

The orange ring cake stays soft for a few days under a glass dome.
You can always pair it with a good orange custard cream.
