Christmas Canapé Wreath

Ingredients for the Christmas Canapé Wreath

  • 1 Package of sandwich bread
  • 3/4 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 10 Black olives
  • 15 Pickled onions
  • 1 Avocado
  • to taste Arugula
  • to taste Chives or parsley

  • 1 Cookie cutters
  • 1 Rolling pin
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Tray
  • 1 Bowl

Preparation for the Christmas Canapé Wreath

  • Take the crustless slices of sandwich bread and flatten them with the rolling pin, then use the cookie cutters to create circles or other shapes, 10 large and 9 smaller, and arrange them on a plate in the shape of a wreath.

  • In a bowl, mix the cheeses with mayonnaise, add the chives or chopped parsley, and mix everything well together.

  • Spread the cheese cream on the sandwich bread discs, decorate with cherry tomatoes, washed, dried, and halved, and proceed with the olives and onions.
    Peel the avocado and cut it into small pieces, wash and dry the arugula.

  • Continue decorating with these last ingredients, as shown in the attached photo, adding the arugula leaves around the canapés and the avocado pieces.
