    Pour the mixture into a 9.5-10 inch diameter bundt cake pan greased with butter and floured.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F static or 320°F fan-forced for about 40 minutes (I use fan-forced). Before turning off the oven, it’s always good to do the toothpick test.

    Leave the cake in the turned-off oven with the door slightly open for another 5 minutes.

    Remove from oven, let the bundt cake cool, then take it out of the pan and let it cool completely, preferably on a wire rack.

    Before serving the strawberry and cream bundt cake, dust with some powdered sugar.
