Soft 5-Minute Cake

Ladies, today I’m revealing a recipe that is a real lifesaver when you need to prepare something for breakfast but have zero time: the soft 5-minute cake! The name says it all: it takes 5 minutes to prepare, is incredibly easy, and results in a very soft cake, perfect for breakfast, a snack, or that moment when you need a sweet treat without complications.
The best part?

Just combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon zest) with the wet ones (eggs, milk, oil, water) in a bowl, mix well, and it’s off to the oven for 30 minutes. No whisking, no waiting: it’s a quick and soft cake that never disappoints. And if you want to give it an extra touch, you can add chocolate chips, nuts, or a dusting of powdered sugar once baked.
This is the classic recipe to always have on hand, especially when guests arrive unexpectedly or when the kids ask for something good.

The 5-minute cake without butter is also light, making it perfect for those seeking a simple yet genuine dessert.
If you are looking for a soft and quick cake to make at home, this is the answer. Trust me, once you’ve tried it, you won’t let it go.
