Ingredients for Choco Flakes with Almonds and Hazelnuts
- 3 cups Corn flakes
- 6 oz Dark chocolate
- 2/3 cup Almonds
- 2/3 cup Chopped hazelnuts
- 2/3 cup Sliced almonds
Preparation for Choco Flakes with Almonds and Hazelnuts
Chop the whole almonds a bit and place them in a tray along with the sliced and chopped hazelnuts and toast with the grill for about 5 minutes, stirring during cooking.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or in a bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes.Pour the corn flakes into the melted dark chocolate, add the nuts, leaving some chopped pieces and slices for final decoration. Mix and combine the ingredients well, then with the help of a spoon, scoop some of the corn flakes and place them as piles on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or aluminum.
Pour some chopped hazelnuts and sliced almonds in the center for decoration.Let them dry for a couple of hours in a cool place, to speed up the process, you can cool them in the fridge.
