Ingredients
- 3 Buns
- 7 oz Feta cheese
- 10 leaves Fresh basil
- 3 Salad tomatoes
- to taste Extra virgin olive oil
- to taste Lettuce
Preparation
1) Wash and dry the basil leaves and place them in a bowl, along with the feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Using a fork, mix until you obtain a creamy spreadable mixture. Do not add salt.
2) Wash the tomatoes and some lettuce leaves.
3) Cut the buns in half lengthwise, spread a little cream on them, add some tomato slices and lettuce leaves. Our delicious and light sandwiches are ready.
