Soft cake with jam, storage and tips
The soft cake with jam can be stored for up to 3-4 days inside a cake dome. Alternatively, it can be frozen. You can use any jam or marmalade you prefer, or even Nutella. If you use the latter, I recommend placing spoonfuls on a sheet of parchment paper and freezing them for 20 minutes before adding them to the cake.
