Storing Puff Pastry Croissants

Once baked, the croissants can be kept at room temperature for about a day. They can be prepared in advance and placed in the fridge unbaked.

They can be frozen stuffed and raw right after being made, initially placing them on a tray and once hardened, transferring them to plastic bags; they can be baked while still frozen.
