Spaghetti with Fresh Tuna

The spaghetti with fresh tuna is a quick yet very tasty and flavorful main dish. The sauce is prepared quickly, ready in the time it takes for the water to boil for the pasta.
I used a nice piece of fresh tuna, cut into small pieces, but if you can’t find it, you can replace it with swordfish, Atlantic bonito, or even canned tuna. Additionally, the spaghetti can be substituted with another pasta shape of your liking.

Tuna is one of the most typical Mediterranean fish, characterized by numerous nutritional properties, and it is not very caloric when fresh.
The meat is rich in countless proteins and minerals, and its fatty part is very rich in Omega 3.

Few ingredients for this simple yet rich and appetizing dish. If you like, you can also add capers or green olives.
