Melon Salad

Today, on a very hot summer day, I prepared the melon salad with cherry tomatoes, arugula, black olives, feta, and cucumbers.

Fresh, light, super quick to prepare, and full of flavors that blend beautifully.

It’s perfect for a lunch under the umbrella or a dinner on the terrace with cicadas in the background!
The sweet and juicy melon is the ideal base for creating an exciting and different summer salad. Paired with feta, which with its saltiness balances the sweetness of the melon, it becomes something irresistible. Crunchy cucumbers, juicy cherry tomatoes, and spicy arugula complete the mix with a fresh note.
I love it with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, which adds that tangy touch that enhances all the flavors. But the beauty of this salad is that you can customize it: if you love mint, add it! If you want a crunchy touch, try some toasted pumpkin seeds.
This melon salad is the perfect idea for those looking for a quick, healthy, and gourmet summer dish without much effort.

It’s the cold summer salad to share with friends, everyone will love it!
