Today I propose a dessert that I prepare every year during peach season. It is a Piedmontese recipe but revisited and personalized to my taste.
Peaches stuffed with jam and amaretti are a delicious summer spoon dessert, perfect to serve at the end of a meal, prepared with a tasty filling mix of amaretti, jam, pieces of chocolate, and Marsala then enriched with a drizzle of dark chocolate and pistachio crumbs, a real delight for the palate.
It’s a truly impressive dessert in its simplicity, genuine, simple, and very fragrant, very easy to prepare and to improvise even at the moment.
Tip: the peaches can also be flavored with a different liqueur, and if you can’t find fresh ones, you can also use canned ones.

The peaches can also be flavored with a different liqueur, and if you can’t find fresh ones, you can also use canned ones, but be careful as they are more delicate.
