Ingredients for Pasta with Shrimp
- 11.25 oz spaghetti
- 1.33 lbs shrimp
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 bunch parsley
- to taste salt
- 1 pinch pepper
How to prepare Spaghetti with Shrimp
Clean the shrimp. I prefer not to remove the shell and just take off the eyes, legs, and antennae. Wash them under running water and let them drain.
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of EVO oil into a large pan, add the garlic clove and the shrimp. Let cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat, turning them with a wooden spoon. Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate over high heat.
Add the washed and quartered cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and let cook for another 4-5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Drain the spaghetti and toss them in the pan with the sauce. Also add the chopped parsley, mix and serve.
