Ingredients for Coconut and Chocolate Snacks

  • 5.3 oz Greek yogurt
  • 2.1 oz shredded coconut
  • 2 tsps honey
  • 3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate

How to prepare homemade Bounty

  • Pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of honey.

  • Add the shredded coconut and mix well simply with a fork. The mixture should be quite soft but not sticky; otherwise, add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut.

  • Take a small handful of the mixture and compact it between your hands to form small sticks. You can make them more or less large. I made 11.

  • As you prepare them, place them on a plate, and when you have prepared them all, let them firm up in the fridge for an hour. To speed up, you can leave them in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  • Melt the dark chocolate in small pieces in a double boiler. Using tweezers or simply 2 teaspoons, dip the coconut sticks one at a time in the dark chocolate, trying to cover them on all sides.

  • Gradually place them on a tray covered with aluminum foil. Before the chocolate dries, decorate them with some shredded coconut.

  • Let the chocolate firm up in the fridge for at least an hour. To speed up, you can leave them in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
