Today I made Soft Buffet Rolls, and they are so good??
They stay soft for days if properly stored.
I prepare soft buffet rolls for every birthday or special occasion and they are always a hit!!

Ingredients
- 4 cups Manitoba flour
- 0.35 oz fresh yeast
- 1.25 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 0.5 oz salt
- 0.33 cups olive oil
- 1 egg
- as needed sesame seeds

Steps
In the Bimby jug insert the milk, oil, yeast, and sugar. Mix for 20 seconds at speed 3.
Add the flour and salt and let the Bimby knead for 2 minutes at dough setting.
Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rise until doubled.
Then divide the dough into balls of about 30/35 g and place them on the baking sheet.
Let the small rolls rise for about 1 hour.
Once risen, brush them with beaten egg, add sesame seeds, and bake for about 20 minutes at 392°F.
Once cooled, fill as desired.
Pour the milk, sugar, yeast, and oil into a bowl, mix everything with a fork.
Gradually add the flour and salt and knead until you form a smooth and elastic ball. Let it rest covered with a plastic wrap for about 2 hours.
Then divide the dough into balls of about 30 g and place them on the baking sheet.
Let the small rolls rise for about 1 hour. Once risen, brush them with beaten egg, add sesame seeds, and bake for about 20 minutes at 392°F.
Fill as desired.
This recipe yields about 25 rolls.
