What to drink to quench your thirst? I recommend the recipe for this homemade refreshing drink, I always prepare it during the hot seasons and everyone who tries it loves it so much that they always want to know the right doses to prepare it best! A sugar-free drink, with few ingredients, and super refreshing! The dose is for a nice glass, but if you want you can double (or triple) the ingredients to always have a generous quantity ready!

Preparation of the refreshing drink
Wash and thoroughly dry the cucumber, lime, and mint leaves.
Pour the water into a glass (or if making a larger quantity into a pitcher).
Slice the lime and cucumber, roughly tear the mint leaves and add them to the water.
Stir with a spoon, cover the glass well (ideally with cling film) and let rest in the fridge for about 8 hours. Then remove cucumber, lime, and mint by straining the drink, and voilà, it’s ready to be enjoyed and quench your thirst!
The HOMEMADE REFRESHING DRINK once filtered can be stored in the fridge for 3 days if you make a large quantity. I recommend preparing it in the evening so for the next day it’s nice and ready!
