Polenta with Sausage and Orange is delicious, we go crazy for it at home. And today, considering the still low temperatures, I decided to prepare it.
You might be wondering what orange has to do with it, and I thought the same thing when I first ate it at my mother-in-law’s house.
But at the first bite, I had the answer, delicious!!
Since that day, at my house, there is no polenta without orange zest. Try it, and I’m sure it will win you over too.

When well browned, add the sausage cut into small pieces and brown it well.
