Nougat Tiramisu with Eggless Cream

The nougat tiramisu with eggless cream is a delicious spoon dessert to serve to your guests during the Christmas holidays, or afterwards, the classic dessert revisited in this nougat version in individual cups.
This dessert is easy and very quick to prepare and will allow you to enjoy an unusual but incredibly pleasant treat.
It’s a different version from the classic because the cream does not contain eggs but a mix of cream and mascarpone with a hint of coffee.
For this dessert, you can use the nougat you like most or maybe have to use up; I used chocolate and rum nougat and white wafered one.

Preparation of Eggless Cream Tiramisu

  • The first step in preparing the tiramisu is to make the coffee, then add the milk and let it cool.

Start whipping the cream with the powdered sugar. The cream must be very cold, as well as the bowl where it is whipped, better to put it in the freezer at least 10 minutes before.

When the cream has reached the right consistency, add the mascarpone and continue to whip with the beaters for a few minutes to blend well, and finally add a tablespoon of strong coffee.

  • Start assembling the cups. Break the ladyfingers according to the size of the cup, soak them in the coffee milk, and arrange them at the bottom of the cup. Pour 2 tablespoons of whipped cream with mascarpone, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa, and then add the chopped mixed nougat. Continue the other layers by inserting the soaked ladyfingers again, the cream of whipped cream and mascarpone, cocoa, and more nougat.
