Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 4.2 oz sugar
- 3.5 oz all-purpose flour
- 1.75 oz potato starch
- 3.4 tbsp vegetable oil
- cup milk
- 8.8 oz Nutella®
- 0.56 oz baking powder
- to taste Nutella®
- to taste hazelnut sprinkles

Steps
Start by beating the eggs with the sugar using a mixer.
Add the Nutella and mix again with the electric beaters.
Next, pour in the oil and the milk.
Finally, incorporate the sifted flours and baking powder and mix well.
Pour everything into a 9.5-inch pan covered with parchment paper at the base and greased on the sides.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
Once removed from the oven, let it cool on a wire rack.
You can decorate with Nutella and hazelnut sprinkles or simply with powdered sugar.
Storage
The Nutella cake can be stored under a cake dome for up to 3 days. You can freeze it without decorating it.
Tips
To decorate the cake, soften the Nutella in a double boiler or microwave. If you don’t have hazelnut sprinkles, you can replace them with pistachio sprinkles or chocolate chips.
