- 10 oz orecchiette
- 10.6 oz sausages
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

How to make pasta with sausage and Philadelphia
Bring the pasta water to a boil, then add the orecchiette and cook for the time indicated on the package.
Crumble the sausages into a non-stick pan, with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook just until the meat is colored.
Lower the heat slightly and then add the cherry tomatoes cut in half, along with the Philadelphia, continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
In the meantime, drain the pasta, but not too much, and mix it in the pan with the rest of the ingredients, stirring and tossing everything well. If necessary, add more pasta cooking water. Bring to the table and serve hot!
Tips and variations for pasta with sausage and Philadelphia
If you don’t like Philadelphia, you can replace it with Stracchino or Crescenza. There are no problems with the type of pasta, you can use whichever you prefer, even long egg pasta.
