The beer meatballs are a tasty and easy-to-prepare second course: flavorful, soft, juicy meatballs with a delightful sauce, perfect for a family dinner or with friends. With some mixed roasted vegetables or an excellent mashed potatoes, which in my opinion is the perfect “complement” to the beer meatballs, you will have a delicious dinner!

- 2 1/2 cups cups stale bread
- 1 egg
- 1 oz oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup cup beer
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Tools
- 1 Bowl

Steps
In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, sausages without casing and crumbled, soaked and squeezed bread, the egg, grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything well and form walnut-sized meatballs. Roll the meatballs in flour. In a large pan, heat the oil with the garlic clove and the rosemary and brown the meatballs on all sides. Deglaze with the beer and let it evaporate. Cook them, adding a little more hot water if necessary. A creamy sauce will form. Serve the beer meatballs hot.
