- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup rice oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 1/3 cup spelt flour
- 1 orange (grated zest)
- 1 packet baking powder (vanilla flavored)

Steps
In the mixer bowl, work the eggs with the sugar, then add the sifted flour and cocoa. Continue with the milk, rice oil, and plain Greek yogurt. Add the grated zest of one orange and finally the packet of baking powder. Transfer the batter to a 9.5-inch Bundt pan or a greased and floured 8-inch springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 35 minutes, but always do the skewer test to check the doneness. Let it cool on a rack before slicing.
