Ever since we got the bread machine at home, I’ve been baking fresh bread like there’s no tomorrow, especially these days when we hardly ever leave the house.
Today, I tried a loaf bread made entirely of semolina. Needless to say, we almost finished half of it while it was still warm. Crispy and flavorful, alone or with cold cuts. Delicious.
