I’m honest, I would have liked to take a nicer photo, but Chiara was very eager for me to publish her creation on the blog. And since she worked hard, I decided to satisfy her. She was very good, I’m really proud of her, for an 8-year-old she did a great job. What do you think?

Ingredients
- 17.6 oz Shortcrust pastry
- to taste Cherry jam
Tools
- Cookie cutter
- Baking tray
Preparation
I prepared the pastry and let it rest for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
After the resting time, I rolled it out with a rolling pin and lined a 9.5-inch diameter mold.
I filled it with jam and baked for about 30 minutes at 356°F.
In the meantime, Chiara made some tombstones, worms, spiders, and webs.
We baked everything for 10 minutes at 356°F and once they cooled, we decorated the tart. Trying to make a cemetery. A bit more delicious though.
