Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (14 oz each)
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 2 Fuji apples
- 3 oz g parmesan shavings
- 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 20 Taggiasca olives (pitted)

Steps
Cut the chicken breasts in half and place them in a bowl. Season with salt and the juice of half a lemon. Massage well, cover, and let rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Brush the chicken breast with a little olive oil and grill on a grill pan or, if preferred, cook in an air fryer at 356°F for 12 minutes, turning halfway through. Once cooked, let it cool slightly, then cut into strips or cubes. Peel the apples, remove the core, grate them with a coarse grater, and dress with the remaining lemon juice.
