Ingredients
- 9 oz tagliatelle straw and hay
- 2.1 cups béchamel
- 7 oz diced cooked ham
- 9 oz frozen peas
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt
- to taste grated parmesan
- 1 clove garlic

You can prepare the béchamel at home or buy it ready.
In a low-sided casserole, heat the oil and let a clove of garlic flavor it; then when it has released its aroma, remove it and add the frozen peas and cooked ham. Let it cook for ten minutes, season with salt, then transfer everything to a bowl and add the béchamel. Mix well. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package, drain and dress it with the prepared sauce. Add grated parmesan to taste, mix, and transfer the pasta to a baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 35/40 minutes or until a nice crispy crust forms on the surface.
