Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil

- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 5 oz cooked ham
- 5 scamorza cheese (or Emmental or provola)
- 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes

How to make the tasty and soft rustic quick recipe
In a bowl, break the eggs and mix with a fork, then add the oil and milk gradually and sifted flour a little at a time, and the yeast.
Then add a pinch of salt, the grated cheese, and mix vigorously to blend the ingredients well.
Add the Parmesan, cooked ham, and scamorza cut into cubes, then pour everything into a bundt pan, buttered and floured, 9.5 inches and decorate with the cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Bake your savory cake at a temperature of 356°F and cook for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
