Guttiau bread pizza is perfect for an aperitif: easy, quick, tasty, and crispy. Five minutes to prepare, three minutes in the oven, and it’s ready to serve. The last-minute recipe if friends arrive unexpectedly. For my Guttiau bread pizza, I used only cherry tomatoes and grated caciotta, but you can top it with tomato sauce and mozzarella (make sure it’s firm and dry) or with grilled vegetables, and you can add olives or cold cuts. The Guttiau bread pizza is also ideal for satisfying a sudden pizza craving. Try it because it’s really tempting!
