Coffee Cream in the Milk Frother

The coffee cream in the milk frother is a fresh dessert perfect to serve at the end of a meal: a delicious, creamy coffee that’s a bit different from the usual. Very simple to prepare, in a few minutes you will have a “drink and eat” cream with a coffee flavor ready. Just a few minutes for the coffee cream in the milk frother, but you must remember two important steps: keep the cream in the refrigerator because it must be very cold and prepare the coffee in advance because that too needs to be cold from the fridge. Ingredients

  • 1 oz espresso coffee
  • 1/3 cup fresh whipping cream
  • 1.5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp gianduia spreadable cream (or hazelnut cream or chocolate topping)
  • to taste unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps

  • Prepare the coffee, transfer it to a glass and dissolve the powdered sugar in it. Cover it and place it in the refrigerator for an hour. Pour the coffee and cold fresh whipping cream from the fridge into the milk frother and start the cold mode three times. Sprinkle the walls of two small glasses or coffee cups with two teaspoons of gianduia spreadable cream or with hazelnut cream or chocolate topping, pour the coffee cream, sprinkle with cocoa and serve immediately.

Notes

If you do not serve the coffee cream immediately, store it in the refrigerator and sprinkle it with cocoa only at the time of serving.

The coffee cream obtained with the milk frother is not as firm as a mousse. It is a “drink and eat” cream, firm but not too much, so you need a teaspoon, but you can drink it like a thick coffee. If you prefer a spoonable coffee cream, I suggest you prepare the “coffee foam with chocolate“.
