- 2.5 cups flour
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 3.5 tbsps coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet baking powder

Steps
In the bowl of the mixer or with an electric beater, work the eggs with the sugar until they are nice and light and fluffy, then add the cream, flour with baking powder, coffee, and vanilla extract. Work to blend all the ingredients well. If you like, you can also add chocolate chips. Transfer the mixture into the pan (or pans chosen) and bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C).

Mini doughnuts and 2.75-inch doughnuts bake in 15/18 minutes.
The pound cake, 4.75-inch cake, 4-inch doughnut, and muffins bake in 25 minutes.
The 10-inch doughnut bakes in 35/40 minutes.
