Ready in minutes!! Quick and elegant to make, ideal for Christmas lunch, but not only! To prepare them, I used sandwich bread and spreadable cheese, then stuffed with salmon and olives. Ingredients
- to taste Four Seasons Pepper La Drogheria 1880
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 5.3 oz fresh spreadable cheese
- 4 oz green olives
- 3.5 oz smoked salmon
How to Make Salmon and Olive Canapés
Cut the bread into slices about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide; you can also create other shapes if you prefer. Toast the bread, then spread cheese on each slice.
Then garnish the canapés with the help of a toothpick, with a rolled slice of salmon and an olive, alternating the ingredients.
Finally, grind a generous sprinkle of Four Seasons Pepper La Drogheria 1880.
Tips and Storage
The Salmon and Olive Canapés can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days. If you don’t like salmon, you can alternatively fill the canapés with smoked swordfish or grilled shrimp tails.
