How to Make Crispy Parmesan Potatoes in the Air Fryer
Start by washing the potatoes, then peel and cut them into wedges. Keep in mind that for even cooking, I recommend cutting all pieces to the same size.
Place the potatoes in a bowl, season with oil, salt, and paprika, give it a good mix, and finally add the breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
Continue by placing the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, preheated to 392°F, then lower the temperature to 356°F and cook for about 25 minutes, making sure to turn them halfway through cooking.
