The delicious fried flatbreads are perfect for enjoying with friends. Super soft and DELICIOUS! Made with a simple dough of flour, water, oil, and yeast, then fried in hot oil, they are perfect to stuff with cheeses and cold cuts. In my preparation, I used stracchino cheese and sweet cured ham made with only Italian pork meat, it has an unmistakably sweet and delicate flavor, I always keep a pack in the fridge!
The quality of a Made in Italy product is evident even when you open the pack, just imagine that the slices are hand-arranged with skill and passion, they are thin and delicious.

Preparation of Delicious FRIED FLATBREADS
In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water with a teaspoon of sugar. Continue by adding the flour a little at a time, and finally add the salt.
Mix well, then transfer the mixture to a floured surface and knead a little more until a smooth and soft dough is formed.
Transfer the dough and let it rest in a bowl covered with plastic wrap until it doubles in size. (about 2 hours)
After the resting time, take the dough and roll it out to a thickness of about 3/8 inch. Then use a round cutter to make small discs. Let rise for another 30 minutes
Heat the peanut oil in a large pot and drop in your flatbreads; when they are golden on both sides, drain them from excess oil on paper towels.
Cut the flatbreads in half and fill with a teaspoon of spreadable cheese and with the Ham.
