Breaded Artichokes with Flavorful Breadcrumbs Baked in the Oven

Breaded artichokes with flavorful breadcrumbs baked in the oven are a simple yet very tasty and delicious dish. They are cooked and then breaded with a mix of aromatic breadcrumbs that not only make them golden and crispy but also give them more taste. Breaded artichokes can be served as an appetizer or side dish; they are delicious and appetizing bites that are very enjoyable.
Baking them makes them lighter, but if you prefer, you can also fry them with peanut oil or extra virgin olive oil for a healthier fry because both oils withstand high temperatures.
It’s a simple recipe accessible to everyone; if you’re preparing it, I recommend removing all the hard outer leaves and using the heart of the artichokes to get delicious and tasty slices to eat in one bite!
The flavorful breadcrumb mix is what I usually use for breading, stuffing, and gratinating many recipes of meat, vegetables, or fish. Find here how to prepare it.
