- 28 oz Potatoes
- 9 oz Cooked Ham
- 3.5 oz Mozzarella
- 1 oz Grana Padano DOP
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper

Preparation
First, wash and peel the potatoes, then use a mandoline which you can find here to slice the potatoes (they must be very thin), then grease the baking tray well.
Now lay down the first layer of potatoes, then season with a pinch of salt and pepper, then add Emmental torn by hand and a couple of slices of cooked ham and some mozzarella.
Then alternate the layers, ensuring that the last layer is completely covered with cheeses, Grana Padano, Emmental, and mozzarella.
Cook your potato parmesan with ham and cheese at 392°F for about 35-40 minutes, then let it cool and serve, hot and stringy, enjoy your meal!!
If there are leftovers of the Potato Parmesan with Ham and Cheese, store them in the refrigerator for 1 day in an airtight container.
