Steps
The preparation of pumpkin sticks in an air fryer is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, clean and cut the pumpkin, slice it into strips. Place the strips in a bowl and add a bit of salt, oil, and spices to taste (garlic powder, ginger, curry, rosemary, sage, etc). Mix well.
Add the breadcrumbs, place them in the air fryer basket. Arrange them and cook at 392°F for about 20 minutes. You can turn them halfway through cooking!
