Ingredients
- 8 wedges carasau bread
- 8.8 oz stracchino cheese
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps
Brush a 32 cm pizza pan with oil. Soak the carasau bread in water and arrange it in the pan, overlapping where necessary. Distribute the stracchino cheese in pieces over the bread and cover with the other four wedges of bread quickly soaked in water. Generously spray the surface of the carasau flatbread with extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes or until the flatbread is nicely golden. Once ready, let it rest for five minutes and then serve.
