Bread and jam is a classic for breakfast, but we certainly don’t want to settle for a plain slice of bread with jam spread on top, do we? Here’s the solution: delicious bread bundles filled with your favorite jam or marmalade, heated in a pan with a bit of butter. Try them, and you’ll see your bread and jam will never be the same again!

Ingredients
- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 4 teaspoons jam (heaping)
- 1 knob clarified butter
- to taste powdered sugar

Steps
Roll out the slices of bread with the rolling pin. Fill with a heaping teaspoon of jam (berry and apricot are the ones I used) and close into a triangle, sealing the edges well with the tines of a fork. In a pan, melt a knob of clarified butter and cook for a couple of minutes on each side. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve the bread hot.
