Artichoke Pâté and Salami Crostini: a tasty and appetizing idea perfect for aperitifs and appetizers, very easy and quick to prepare. You can make the artichoke pâté at home or buy it already made and choose the salami you prefer. For my artichoke pâté and salami crostini, I used strolghino, a typical salami from the Parma area made from the lean parts of culatello. It is a salami to be enjoyed young and has a sweet flavor. Strolghino is perfect to be served with an aperitif and on these crostini: you could also add some Parmesan shavings because they go really well together.
