Steps
In the mixer bowl or using an electric beater, mix the milk, oil, salt, and sugar. Add the flours and instant dry yeast, and work the mixture until smooth and homogeneous. Transfer the dough into a bowl, cover it, and let it rise for two and a half hours. It should double in size. After resting, spread the dough inside a well-oiled 12 x 8-inch baking dish and let it rise covered for thirty minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes.
