HOW TO PREPARE BAKED BAGUETTES WITH MOZZARELLA AND ZUCCHINI

  • First of all, cut the baguettes in half and then into 2; place them directly on the baking tray covered with parchment paper and cover them with the tomato sauce.

  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F, on “fan” mode.

  • Thoroughly squeeze the mozzarella to eliminate excess water, tear it into pieces by hand and put it directly on the sauce; add the anchovies cut into pieces, sprinkle with dried oregano, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for about 7 – 8 minutes, until the cheese melts.

  • Once the cheese has melted, take them out of the oven and serve immediately or add some grilled zucchini on top and enjoy.
