Tools

To make the recipe for Flatbread with Mozzarella, Tuna, and Arugula on the Stovetop, you will need:

  • 1 Pan

Steps

  • First, prepare the flatbreads using my recipe or your favorite, or take out the pre-made ones from the package. Place a pan large enough (about 11 inches in diameter) on the heat, lightly oiled, and let it heat up.

  • Place the flatbread in the pan and cover it with tomato sauce, reaching about 0.4 inches from the edges. Meanwhile, squeeze the mozzarella well, removing as much water as possible, cut it into pieces and let it drain in a colander, then scatter it on the flatbread. Finally, add the tuna, oregano, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
