Cheese and Onion Jam Crostini

The cheese and onion jam crostini are perfect for an aperitif or as an appetizer: they are quick to prepare and delicious. Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 7 oz spreadable cheese
  • 6 oz Tropea red onion jam

  • 1 Cheese Spreader
  • 1 Reusable Parchment Paper Sheet

Steps

  • Slice the bread into pieces about half an inch thick, place them on a baking sheet lined with the reusable mat, and toast them in a preheated oven at 392 °F for five minutes. Spread the soft cheese on the bread slices and add a teaspoon of onion jam. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
